At Inteliheat, we design and manufacture industrial Induction Drum and Base Heaters, plus Flexible Heating Jackets for Totes, IBCs, Barrels, Containers, and Pipes of many sizes. Our induction heaters’ unique features enable the same piece of equipment to be used in a wide range of applications to heat drums and a variety of other metal items, including gas bottles, small-scale reactors and process vessels. Our base heater operates with a self-limiting maximum temperature, which is governed by the material being heated and the heating arrangement. Additional control options are available for special requirements. our range of flexible heating jackets will easily wrap around the vessel and maintain the desired temperature. Their high-grade thermal insulation will reduce heat-loss and increase efficiency whilst providing protection for the operator. They can be used for a wide variety of plastic, fibre and metal containers such as drums, tubs, buckets, kegs, carboys, totes and IBCs.

You will find that our products meet the widest range of international electrical safety standards, including for North America, appropriate UL and CSA standards. We have Hazardous area C1D2 / C1Z1 certifications and Ordinary Locations, to UL/CSA, European ATEX and Global IECEx standards.
